"Increased the rating since Carmine from the office called and followed through to take care of my policies. I'm looking forward for them to keep up and provide better service.
Since the rep that use to take care of our account has left the job, the whole branch has fallen apart. Its been two months and they haven't sorted out my premiums and payments yet. It takes days to talk to a rep. Even a month later the paid premium is not updated in their system. The lady reps are very rude. Too many notices of cancelations from DMV. For now its a complete chaos in this office."
