RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively build and manage a portfolio of clients across insurance and financial service lines
  • Provide personalized recommendations for life, health, and financial products based on clients’ needs
  • Conduct financial reviews to help clients plan for retirement, manage investments, and protect assets
  • Stay informed on market conditions, product updates, and industry regulations
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building
  • Meet individual and agency sales targets through high-quality service and consultative selling
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication, consultative sales, and relationship-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner
  • Active insurance license (Life & Health required; Property & Casualty a plus)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
